Dobbs Ferry NY Forward
The Village of Dobbs Ferry was awarded $4.5 million in funding as one of the Mid-Hudson region’s winners of the third round of NY Forward.
Launched in 2022, New York State's NY Forward program builds on the success of the Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) program. NY Forward focuses on invigorating and revitalizing downtowns in smaller and rural communities—villages, hamlets, and other small, neighborhood-scale municipal centers. As a NY Forward awardee selected by the Mid-Hudson Regional Economic Development Council, Dobbs Ferry will undertake an approximately eight-month community-based planning process that will result in the identification of a slate of complementary and transformative projects that will help revitalize the downtown.
